About Me

My journey into web development.

  • May 2017

    Graduated from Lasell University

    I received my Bachelor of Science in entrepeneurship while working full-time at Lasell's on-campus radio station, 102.9FM WLAS, located in Newton, Massachusetts. During my senior year, I was promoted to station manager in September of 2016.

  • June 2018

    Finished Digital Marketing Circuit course at General Assembly

    A year after receiving my bachelor's degree from Lasell, I started looking into General Assembly for courses as I continued to work at my gym and ultimately chose to take their 5-week online course in digital marketing in May of 2018.

  • Summer 2018

    Began teaching myself basic coding

    As I gradually opened up to General Assembly, I decided that it was time to make a change in my career, and wanted to further pursue web development. I began using online resources like Codecademy to gradually teach myself HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

  • January 2019

    Finished Web Development Immersive course at General Assembly's Boston campus

    When the opportunity came, I reached out to General Assembly again, and enrolled in their 3-month web development immersive program in October of 2018. During the course, I constructed 4 full-stack web applications as I started to look into opportunities in web development.
